quiet location friendly staff diverse options
I enjoyed the location. It was quiet. the room was clean and the view was great. the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast had diverse options.
i noticed some furniture was damaged. it needs improvements to meet five-star standards.

The breakfast buffet featured a great selection of turkish food! guest relations were amazing, especially seda's service. i found the spacious suite well-equipped. It had everything i needed.
The pool temperature was very cold. It wasn't relaxing.

The hotel rooms have comfortable beds! The breakfast variety impressed me, I found many tasty options. The staff helped me with all my questions. The location allows easy access to many nearby attractions.

Guest relations are fast and helpful. Staff assisted me with check-in quickly. The team always looked for ways to assist. Everyone was polite and addressed requests promptly, with Vesile Kaya and Sezer Onal being particularly helpful.

The breakfast selection included diverse options. I enjoyed fresh pastries and fruit. The on-site restaurant had varied menus. The dining areas were always tidy, and the staff kept refilling the buffet frequently, ensuring I never went hungry!

average stay with some issues

creaking door faulty coffee machine
My visit weren't without problems. i noticed the bathroom door, annoying, especially during the night. also, the coffee machine in my room didn't worked properly. It took several attempts to brew a single cup. i would have hoped for more attention to these details for a place like this.
